At this conference, Faisal Mekdad, Syria's Foreign Minister, emphasized the importance of finding diplomatic solutions and said, "We are seeking dialogue and cooperation with our neighbors." These remarks reflect Syria's willingness to reduce tensions and manage existing crises in the region. Mekdad also referred to the Syrian government's efforts to maintain internal stability and called on the international community to provide more support in this regard.
