Hojjatoleslam Zahedipour: The Sacred Defense is the Culture of the Power of the Iranian Nation

Hojjatoleslam Zahedipour, in the Friday prayer sermons in Khorramdarreh, emphasized the importance of the Sacred Defense, introducing it as the culture of power and self-belief of the Iranian nation. In this ceremony held at 11 AM, he referred to the developments in Yemen and their impacts on regional equations.

Developments in Yemen and the Power of the Nation

Zahedipour said: "What we see today in Yemen is the result of steadfastness and reliance on internal capabilities, faith, and the popularization of resistance." He referred to the claims made about Yemen's attacks on Saudi interests and added: "Yemen, alongside trust in God, the power of faith, and support from Iran, has reached a point of power where its developments have impacted regional equations."

Yemen's Victories and Their Effects on the Region

The Friday prayer leader of Khorramdarreh stated that the developments in the resistance front have had regional effects, saying: "Yemen's victories can influence the equations of Hezbollah, the situation in Lebanon, and the calculations of the Zionist regime in the region." He also likened the recent developments in Yemen to the liberation of Khorramshahr, stating: "Just as the liberation of Khorramshahr changed the equations of the imposed war, the recent developments in the resistance front also indicate a change in the equations in the region."

Zahedipour further referred to the Sacred Defense Week and said: "The eight-year Sacred Defense was the starting point for many of the capabilities and power of the Iranian people today." He pointed to the impact of the imposed war on the country's current advancements, adding: "If one day America sent its proxies to fight Iran, today America itself stands against the power of the Islamic Republic of Iran."

In another part of his speech, the Friday prayer leader of Khorramdarreh referred to the beginning of the school year and congratulated the reopening of schools and universities, saying: "The most important right of students is that their future path is correctly outlined so that they can recognize their religious beliefs and territorial and geographical boundaries."

Zahedipour also emphasized the necessity of organizational connections between mosques and schools, stating: "It is essential for education and mosque affairs to plan to strengthen the connection between mosques and schools." He criticized the existence of astronomical salaries in some organizations, stating: "Part of the inflation is a product of injustice, and the payment of astronomical salaries in some state or non-state companies is unacceptable."
