Secret Military Meeting of the U.S., Israel, and Arab Countries Held in Germany

A secret military meeting between military commanders from the U.S., Israel, and several Arab countries was held in Germany. This meeting included military commanders from Israel, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Jordan, and Egypt to discuss the war that Israel and the U.S. have launched against Iran.

Details of the Meeting and Attendance of Officials

This meeting, initiated by Admiral Brad Cooper, commander of U.S. Central Command (Centcom), was the first gathering of its kind since the start of the war between the U.S. and Israel with Iran over six months ago. Although none of the countries present at the meeting publicly confirmed it, Centcom stated in a release that “military leaders from eight countries gathered at a scheduled conference in Germany.”

Discussions and Future Plans

At this meeting, Admiral Cooper told the regional countries that despite Iran's attacks on U.S. military bases, Washington will not withdraw its forces from the region. Reports indicate that Iran's attacks have significantly damaged at least 15 U.S. military bases across the region, rendering many of them unusable.

Satellite analyses show that damages have occurred at 15 separate U.S. military sites, with some locations severely affected. For example, extensive damage to the U.S. Fifth Fleet headquarters in Bahrain has forced Centcom to change regional logistical routes.

The Centcom commander has also reported that the U.S. has a “plan” to increase maritime traffic in the Strait of Hormuz. According to an Israeli official, General Eyal Zamir, the Chief of Staff of Israel, provided participants with details about Israeli military operations in the region during this meeting.

Following this meeting, Israel was transferred from the area of responsibility of U.S. European Command to Centcom, allowing for more direct cooperation between Israel and the region's countries under U.S. military command.

Andreas Krieg, a professor at King's College London, reacted to this news by saying: “In the Arab capitals in the Gulf, there is deep concern regarding Centcom Commander Admiral Bradley Cooper. He is seen as a commander who is overly close to Israel and consistently presents military operational options to the President that are strategically disastrous.”
