Martyrdom of Three Yemeni Citizens in Saudi Regime Attacks on Taiz Province

The martyrdom of three Yemeni citizens, including two children, as a result of the Saudi regime's airstrikes on Taiz province on Tuesday, showcased the bitter reality of the ongoing war in Yemen. According to reports, these attacks were particularly concentrated on the cities of Dhubab and Maqbana, and also resulted in the injury of two other citizens.

Formation of a Security Council Meeting

Following these developments, the United Nations Security Council decided to hold an extraordinary meeting regarding the situation in the Bab al-Mandab Strait. This meeting is being held due to the recent victories of the Yemeni armed forces led by the Ansar Allah movement over Saudi mercenaries and control over the western coasts of Yemen. These developments indicate strategic changes in the balance of power in the region.

Successful Air Defense Operations of Yemen

In the meantime, General Yahya Saree, spokesperson for the Yemeni armed forces, announced that the country's indigenous air defense systems successfully confronted Saudi fighters in the skies over Saada province. According to him, this operation was carried out using domestically manufactured air defense missiles and forced the invading fighters to retreat.

Additionally, local sources reported the activation of air raid warning sirens in several southern Saudi cities including Abha, Khamis Mushait, and Taif. These missile attacks caused serious damage to the oil facilities in Abha and resulted in a large fire in the area. Initial reports indicate that 13 people were injured as a result of these attacks.

Escalation of Yemeni Attacks on Saudi Positions

Furthermore, the Yemeni army reported its drone operations against military convoys in Hadramaut province, resulting in the deaths of several enemy mercenaries. Warning sirens in various Saudi cities continue to sound, indicating the intensity and scale of these attacks.

Ansar Allah forces have recently increased their attacks on Saudi positions in various cities, demonstrating their efforts to strengthen their positions against Saudi aggressions. These developments occur as Saudi officials are intensively planning to counter these threats.

Diplomatic and Security Relations Amid Tensions

Meanwhile, a statement from the Egyptian presidency has been released, declaring the country's support for Saudi Arabia in defending its national security. The two sides agreed on mechanisms to ensure freedom of navigation in the strategic straits of Hormuz and Bab al-Mandab.

These field and diplomatic developments highlight the complexity of the Yemen crisis and the need for serious attention to the human rights situation in the country. As tensions continue, international reactions to this situation are expected to emerge rapidly.
